I’ve started a new fitness community that I’m really excited about! It’s for anyone who wants to take their fitness to a new level. Would you like to check it out?

Finally Solve The Problems That Are Keeping You From Being Fit!

Hey everyone. Here is the first in a series of competition-based presentations that Janelle and I (and some others) will do. Don't let the length intimidate you, it can easily be watched in sections at a time. We just wanted to set it up by covering some important issues for both competitors and coaches. Today, we talk about what coaches and competitors should do right out of the gate for the best possible success. We also talk about some common mistakes to avoid both when you're getting started and during "peak week" from different perspectives.

Lastly, we give some insights on just how and why physique-competition sports have gotten so extreme and what you should understand and look out for in terms of your own journey as either a coach or as an athlete. We are definitely open to suggestions, advice, input, criticism, etc., and plan to dive further into some of these topics and many others very soon. 🙂
