FOODS TO ASSIST YOUR LUNGS:

As you bring in these foods, I would highly recommend also omitting or minimizing foods that burden the lungs. Lowering your intake of mucus-forming foods such as dairy, soy, beans, legumes, animal products, eggs, and gluten will also greatly assist your lungs.

What do these three foods have in common? They all have a similar appearance to the lungs! Nature speaks to us in many ways - and research backs it up. Studies have found grapes to have a component that is preventative for lung cancer, as well as flavonoids that slow the decline of lung health while aging (helping make your lungs healthier, longer). Cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli and cauliflower have specifically been found to lower the risk of lung cancer and strengthen your immune system. Even broccoli sprouts have been shown to rapidly and sustainably detox air pollutants from the lungs. Raw always has the most benefit, but steamed or roasted broccoli and cauliflower are also delicious!

Do you know yours?

It is a brand new concept to me and I have been LOVING learning about my energetic blueprint from .co!

I cannot express how validating it is to learn that I am a 2/4 GENERATOR with sacral authority and wtf that means. *it makes so much sense* 😭

Generators are the life force of the world 🌌
We are meant to respond and build! If something comes our way that lights us up, we act on it and build on the opportunities or ideas to create magic.

If something doesn't feel aligned, and we say yes, our energy will be drained. (Uh hello years of chronic fatigue as a people pleaser...🤦‍♀️)

Does this mean I have to act on one thing at a time? Hell no! If there are multiple opportunities or passions that seriously ignite my fire, then I can say Yes! Yes! Yes! 🤗

With my sacral authority (how we make decisions), I even get to decide ON THE SPOT from my gut feeling! (Like me buying our truck super unexpectedly and my other car out of state sight unseen... ✌)

I am so grateful to be learning about my HD so I can build my business in alignment and avoid feeling drained from my old habits of being a "yes" girl. That ship has sailed. 🙅‍♀️

My clients deserve the highest, most lit up version of me and that's exactly what they get! 💜

⭐SECRET SAUCE⭐
Working through the activation workshop by .co the last few days I have been doing some serious f*cking reflecting on my business and how I can serve my community as my most authentic self.

When I was suffering with chronic illness, I used to ask myself,
"why me?"
"why can't I just be a kid?"
"why is this happening to me?!"

Then, when my wife and I were displaced because of my health crisis and didn't know where we would live,
"what did we do to deserve this?"
"why can't anything good ever happen to us?"

Guess what?! All that f*cking suffering and heartache and devastation was happening FOR me to become who I am today and that's now the magic of my SECRET SAUCE 🌠

The collection of these lessons and experiences evolved into my intense empathy for others who feel stuck in health crisis cycles, hopeless, alone, wanting to give up on life. I went through the trial and error so I can take all that wisdom to the next level to help others. It motivated me to take action and reclaim control of my life (aka trusting the universe) to keep growing and learning❇

👉 Now embodying a whole new mindset, a zest for life, reframing "failure" I am so fu***ng grateful for everything I went through and where I am in this very moment.

It all prepared me for serving clients who want to embody their most empowered, hopeful and healthy selves! If I can do it, so can you! 💜

⚠️ PIVOT ⚠️

I've had the honor of attending .co 3 day workshop and it has me so f*cking lit up about the business I am creating.

Yesterday was all about alignment. Being aligned with our highest self to show up for clients and hold space for them to have the most beautiful transformation. 👏👏

✂️ One of the aspects she empowers us to release is a fear of failure. Redefining failure to FEEDBACK and a message to adapt. This instantly screamed lyrics to me from my anthem "Juice":
"Even when I hit a wall, I'm always gonna find a way to pivot and see through it all, I keep it optimistic" 💁‍♀️

🔹️ WE DEFINE FAILURE. and we also have the power to reframe it to serve our highest self.

👉 So this is me reminding you to detach from BS "failure" and reflect on the lesson you may learn from the situation.
