We are cancelling the Breastfeeding Cafe today, November 4th at Faxton due to family emergency and vacations. We will resume it as per usual in 2 weeks. Sorry about the inconvenience!

💜 Free Breastfeeding Cafés — Every Month 💜

At Mohawk Valley Breastfeeding Network, we believe every family deserves access to support, no matter what. That’s why we offer free Breastfeeding Cafés and collaborate with other local breastfeeding support groups to share our resources.

Motherhood is meant to happen in community, with other women beside you, sharing wisdom and lifting each other up.

Each café includes expert breastfeeding support to help you navigate any challenges - whether it’s latching, supply, pumping, or preparing before baby arrives. You’ll also find light snacks, good company, and a weigh station (for weight checks or weighted feeds).

And we’re excited to share that we’ll be adding another café in Herkimer County soon - keep an eye out for that announcement!

Whether you’re nursing, pumping, combo feeding, pregnant, or a breastfeeding support person, you're welcome! Join us anytime or reach out with questions.

It's that time of year again!! Join us as we celebrate !! Every year the MVBN Mohawk Valley Breastfeeding Network and Mohawk Valley Prenatal & Maternity Support come together to celebrate the joy, the highs the lows, and the triumphs of breastfeeding!! Whether you breastfed for a few days or 6 months or 3 yrs, we celebrate you! 🎉🎉🎉

Join us at the Utica Zoo on Aug. 6th, 2025 from 11am-1pm. We'll have refreshments, raffles, gift bags, weigh station, breastfeeding demos by other mammals, and professional mommy & me photo sessions. We'll also have maternal-child professionals and community agencies there to tell what our community has to offer pregnant & new moms!! 🤱🏾

Whether you are breastfeeding or not, we encourage you to come, hang out for a few hours, meet other new moms, see the Zoo attractions and viait our exhibitors tables .... you will have a chance to win one of our amazing prizes in our huge raffle giveaway!! 🎁
