You don’t need fancy equipment or hours in the gym to move your body. Consistency is key!

Try this quick full-body beginner circuit:
✨ 10 Bodyweight Squats
✨ 8 Incline Push-Ups (hands on a counter or wall)
✨ 10 Glute Bridges
✨ 20-Second Plank (on knees or toes)
✨ 30-Second March in Place

✅ Repeat 2–3 rounds
✅ Focus on form, breathe deeply, and listen to your body
✅ Progress at your own pace — movement is for you 🫶
