The days after Christmas can sometimes feel strange. Heavy for some, a bit limbo-like for others.
With New Year just around the corner, those looking to put the last year behind them, this in-between space can feel tough. It’s often where we realise how much we’ve been carrying.
So as the new year approaches, this is your chance to give yourself permission to stop putting yourself last and start working towards a life that feels healthier, calmer and more aligned for you.
Permission to slow down, to listen, and to begin choosing what supports your health, happiness and emotional wellbeing.
This time of year can be hard for so many people and I want to acknowledge that. So check in on one another, be patient and kind with yourselves, and most importantly know that you matter so much more than you realise 🤍
