Listen: the GQP are going back to basics and targeting LOCAL RACES! Particularly school boards. The Party Politic is a PAC dedicated to FUNDING these bottom of the ballot races & building up a bench of candidates for generations to come. Throw us a couple bucks to help protect our school boards, city councils, LOCAL CLERKS (!) and everyone else who hangs out at the bottom of the ballot. These races can be run well without that much money, so even contributing $1 or $5 monthly will go a long way.

Hello Friends,
I want to make sure you all know how much I have loved and appreciated your support in my (many) attempts to leave this world a better place than I found it. It has taken several forms with mixed results and little success. After all was said and done though, I was left with a big giant hole in my soul. My "A for Effort" hadn't accomplished anything tangible. All the running, organizing, and fundraising I've done has not gotten me any closer to healing my beloved community in a meaningful, long lasting way.
So, I have had to search for a new way to achieve my goals, especially those focused around healthcare, recovery, reproductive justice and social determinants of health. As you may know by now, I'm a doer. When something needs to be done, I jump in and just do it.
With that in mind, I'd like to invite you all in to what I'm hoping will be the start of something great in this country. In drawing from our roots in labor, I'm proposing we, as patients, start banding together and take care of ourselves. I am forming the American Union of Patients- an organization that will give power back to the patients, where it belongs. I feel uniquely positioned to be able to bring this vision to reality.
I hope you will join me. This is meant to be a long term project (that I pray will outlive me), open to anyone who wants to be included. But the logistics are obviously going to be very complex. So we will be starting with a pilot group of around 500 patients. (VERY DETAILED explanation in the Google form.)
If you're interested in being included in this pilot program, please take a moment to read and fill out this interest form. Feel free to share with anyone you think may benefit from this kind of program.
Again, I want to thank you all for being my home base of support. I want nothing more than to be able to use my time, talents and abilities to heal our sickly healthcare system. This is a uniquely American problem, and will take a uniquely American approach to resolve. But just as President Biden said, I'll bet on America every time.

ANNOUNCEMENT: I am overjoyed to be heading up the next chapter of progressive grassroots campaigns!

We are putting the PARTY back in politics!
We are putting the FUN back in fundraising!

Our Mission:
National races make the news, but grassroots candidates are the ones making real change happen in our communities. From school board members to state officials, “down ballot” candidates play a vital role in shaping our society and creating a good quality of life for all, yet they get a fraction of the attention paid to bigger races—and even less of the funding. That’s where we come in.

The Party Politic is committed to getting passionate, progressive people into elected positions throughout our communities by raising a funding base to support their campaigns. We also believe that injecting fun into elections helps to keep party members and voters informed about the issues impacting them. Our initiatives and events fundraise for local candidates and allow our supporters to connect with like-minded people who believe a better world is possible—and are ready to put their energy and money where their mouths are.
