THANK YOU!!!!! Many thanks to all of the wonderful clients I have had the pleasure of serving over the past 10 years. This is been a very bittersweet time for me as I transition to another aspect of my journey. I am stepping away from my life's work at this time to care for my mom. I have had the honor or working in the healing profession as a CranioSacral specialist and Reiki Master. I've worked with so many amazing people. Adults, elders, children, babies and even a couple animals! When I first started this journey, it was to learn how to heal myself from an accident. I then went on to help others with their healing. I have been and still am so blessed to be able to do this work.
I am not saying "good-bye", I am saying "so long for now". We can never know what the future holds or has in store for us. I'm sure I will continue to experience, learn, and grow as time moves on.
As I closed the door on my business July 31st, 2023, I took time to reflect on all I was able to accomplish over the last 10 years. Life is an incredible, wonderful, and miraculous gift.
I will always cherish every moment and each and every single person I had the privilege to work with over the years.
I wish you all peace and love on your journey. Many blessings for your continued healing and growth through expansion.

Every day I listen to the soft, subtle voice of my soul. I pay attention to intuitive nudges, messages, insights, and guidance I receive. It can come in many forms and ways. It could be a song on the radio, a billboard with a word/s that stand out, an overheard conversation, finding coins, feathers, seeing repeating numbers, a cardinal/butterfly/dragonfly. There are so many ways that Spirit speaks to us and our intuition guides us every day. All we have to do is slow down, tune in, pay attention, listen. Have you been listening? Have you heard the voice of your soul whispering to you? Are you willing to trust? Open up to all the possibilities and ways of connecting. When you do....you will be amazed by what you begin to witness.

Here are some of the ways Louise Hay and Dr Joe Dispenza find helpful in tuning in to our intuition.

Listen to your body: Pay attention to how you feel physically when making decisions. Does your stomach feel tight or relaxed? Do you feel a sense of excitement or dread? These physical sensations can give you clues about what’s right for you.

Practice mindfulness: Mindfulness is the practice of being present in the moment without judgment. By cultivating mindfulness, we can quiet our minds and connect with our inner wisdom. Take a few moments each day to sit quietly, breathe deeply, and tune in to your intuition.

Journal: Writing down your thoughts and feelings can help you get clarity about what you truly want. Use journaling as a tool to explore your inner landscape and connect with your intuition.

Take inspired action: Fear is one of the biggest obstacles to trusting our intuition. So work toward overcoming fear by taking action when you feel inspired or excited about something—that’s your intuition talking. Start small and take note of the outcome when you act. Soon you’ll learn to trust your intuitive nudges.

Let us welcome the change a new year brings and allow our boundaries to expand! Take a deep breath now, and express gratitude for the lessons and experiences you received over the last 12 months. Then slowly exhale, releasing the old energy and restrictions of the previous year...Ahhhh...Do you feel lighter already?
With your next inhale, consider what energy you want to bring into your body and life now. Choose an affirmation to help you remember that Life loves you and will support you in all areas and in all your endeavors.
Here's an affirmation to try out: I choose to allow transformation and abundance into my life in 2023!!!
Say it out loud each day, many times, with feeling. Let it sink into your heart and know it as truth. Allow the energy to permeate your entire being, your day, your life.
As the year begins, choose a new pathway and move away from all that has been holding you back. Negative thoughts and experiences are fading from your reality. In their place, fill your mind with thoughts that make you feel good about yourself as well as others. Welcome all the glorious gifts that Life has in store for you!!
This is an auspicious beginning with new and exciting opportunities just waiting for you. Take time to release what no longer serves a purpose or your highest good. Look for and seek out expansion and empowerment. You are a powerful creator worthy of love, joy, and prosperity in all areas of your life.
As you step into each new day, close your eyes, breathe, be thankful for all that you are and all that you have.
Hold these words close to your heart. They are from Louise Hay...
'Each day is a new opportunity. I choose to make this day a great one.'
We are all given a chance to start over, start fresh, each day as we awaken to all the possibilities that await us. Don't waste this one precious life that you have been given. Each day is a treasure and a gift. Use it to serve, to help others, to be a better "YOU" each day.
Live what is in your heart. Love what and who you are and the gifts you have been given.
And, at the end of each day, stop and be grateful. Count your blessings. Go over all of the wonderful things that happened during your day and say, "Thank you".
Do this every day and night and watch your world change and expand.
Be open to miracles because each day is a miracle, you are a miracle.
Let this be your best year yet. Repeat after me: "I choose to make the rest of my life, the best of my life!"

Wow! The Super Full Moon or Sturgeon Moon sure was intense. Did you feel the energy?!?! This sure brought up a lot of physical manifestations. For me personally, it triggered a migraine that lasted for 7 days. I haven't had a migraine for over a year and a half so this was not a fun week for me. At first I felt upset about it. Then, I stopped and asked if there was a message or lesson in it for me. What came back was this....."It is time to rest. You have been given messages that you need more rest and you haven't been listening. Since you are not taking the time to rest that your body, mind, and spirit needs, we are using this opportunity to assist you in resting. It is not to cause you undue pain, stress, or discomfort, however, it was the only way to get you to rest". Well, I guess that pretty much hit home. I realized I've been doing, and going, and pushing without taking the time for self-care or the rest I needed. I believe we all have a tendency to push too much and too far at times. We get depleted and yet we feel that we need to keep going. What we don't stop to think about or understand is that our body is always communicating with us. First with subtle hints. Then maybe an ache or pain. After that it gets a little louder. And if we still don't listen, we may end up sick and in bed, with a migraine, or even an injury that forces us to STOP and REST! I'm very thankful that the migraine was enough to get me to finally listen. Lesson learned. So, if any of you are "choosing" NOT to listen to the messages your body is sending, you may want to re-think that. Just sayin' 😉

Just a little something to lighten and brighten the week ahead! Where have all the fireflies gone? I remember when I was younger, you could go out at dusk and there would be fireflies all over. We would catch some and put them in a jar with a lid on it that had holes in the top so they could breathe of course. We would run around the yard and play and watch them light up. Every now and then I will see one or two. I often wonder what happened to them. It's kind of like the light we carry within ourselves. Sometimes it shines brightly and attracts others light to it. Other times, it's more faint or dull or we've dimmed it. Could you imagine what it might be like if we all allowed our light to shine brightly ALL THE TIME!!! As we all move through transitions in our life, they can be uncomfortable, difficult, even devastating and traumatic. However, on the other side of these challenges and difficulties, we emerge as an even greater, more beautiful aspect of who we once were. Keep going, you can do it, trust, and know that all is well.

Hello beautiful Souls! As we come to the end of the month and move forward into April and a New Moon on the 1st, let's remember that we must release the past to embrace what lies ahead.
I pulled a card from the 7 Energies Deck and it is from the 7th Chakra, or Crown energy center. The card is "Willing Release". It is all about surrendering to the Divine Plan and releasing attachment, leaving room for serendipity. You have to let go of your struggle to find and answer, and focus on other things for a while. We are in co-creative partnership with the Divine and give-and-take is a necessary part of that. We do our part by setting intentions and taking necessary actions, and then we must surrender to the timing and the "how" it will work out. Can you be open to receiving even it it's not packaged in the way you thought you wanted? Sometimes we have to let go and have faith that it will all work out in the best way possible for us. It isn't always easy, however, if you trust, you will find that it always works out for your highest possible good, even if it wasn't in the way you expected! Let go and allow...

I also received a message today from the Angels...they want us all to know that they are here for us in every moment. They are always near and ready to help, all we have to do is ask. Because we have free will, they are not able to assist us unless we ask. They said that as humans, we sometimes think they are too busy or that our requests are not worthy of being answered. They want us to know that is not true. They are more than willing to help, that is their job and why they are here. The only time they can interfere or intervene, is when we may be in danger. If it isn't our time to go, they will come in and help us if we aren't in a place where we are able to ask for that help. If it is our time, they will patiently wait for us and assist us in crossing over into the light. They said that there is nothing too great or too small. To ask for whatever it is we desire in the moment. It may be something as simple as helping us to find our car keys! Who hasn't been there?! LOL It could be as big as asking for help in having the right words to say during a job interview, or keeping the lines of communication clear while you're speaking. There are so many ways they can help us and they are always willing to do so. It is part of their job to assist us on our journey. They are here to help us, to teach us, to guide us, to love us, and to protect us. All you have to do is ask, they're waiting to help! And remember to say thank you 😍👼🙏
