Two favorites in one dish – Pizza Fries!

Amaze your friends with this easy to make recipe ready in 30 minutes, perfect for your weekend hang-out. You only need a few ingredients to make this dish. What made it super convenient to make? Frozen potatoes!

Yup, I used frozen potatoes as the base of my pizza. It’s so flavorful and filling!

This snack has less than 300 calories per serving and contributes to your potassium intake. It also adds protein and fiber to your diet. Check out the recipe below.

Ingredients:

Frozen potatoes (any cut)
Canned tomato sauce
Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Pepperoni, diced
Tomato, diced
White onion, sliced

Preparation:

1. Spread the frozen potatoes over the pan.
2. Top the potatoes with tomato sauce, onion, and cheese.
3. Spread pieces of pepperoni and tomato.
4. Bake at 160° C for 15-20 minutes.

Tomato can be replaced by bell peppers. Other protein source can be used like salami or chicken. Mozzarella cheese slices can be used as less expensive alternative to block or pizza cheese topping.
