A unique form of energy therapy that is gentle yet powerful and activates the body's self-healing properties.

Using a down to earth approach, it is for anyone at any stage in life. In-person and distance sessions available.
📍Currently based in Peniche. I’m Annabel, originally Dutch and have grown up on the beautiful island of Aruba. My initial career was as a professional kiteboarder, where I was fortunate to travel around the world and compete in the international scene. This intense lifestyle, combined with other personal reasons, led me into a burn-out at the early age of 20, from which I started my therapy journey. I quickly learned that traditional methods were not right for me and I started to explore alternative therapies throughout the next 10 years. In the meantime I continued kiteboarding, completed university, certified as a yoga teacher, and worked my way up at the HQ of a major kite brand. However, the calling inside me of wanting to contribute in a greater way and help people the same way my healing journey helped me, was growing stronger. So this year I quit my job, turned my life around, and am heading into a path that feels right in every single way.

Reiki
A moment truly for you. To relax and reconnect.

While I have mostly shared about my energetic therapy, where we work in depth on specific topics, Reiki Healings are another type of treatment I give.

Reiki is a beautiful form of healing that helps to release tension and stress, bringing the mind and body back in to balance.

It is an hour of ultimate full-body relaxation where you simply let go and receive 🌿
