Well- I might be a little late starting the ST Power Hybrid. 😅
Thankful for crutches because Cecilia was carrying me around the house. She definitely wasn’t tired but it didn’t make look too good. 😂 I mean that girl said “you don’t even weigh anything”💪🏽❤️💪🏽
Honestly, this injury made me really grateful that we workout everyday. ESPECIALLY the Sure Thing program. I can’t even imagine how I’d be moving around if we didn’t workout. The pain is still there but hopping around on one leg, doing one legged deadlifts to pick up something I dropped, one legged pistol squats, my wife’s deadlifts/snatch/clean to pick me up and bring me upstairs…pretty much all the functional exercises we’ve been done the exercises in Sure Thing.
That program is definitely worth the investment.
