Spinach from my garden on right verses Sprout’s boxed spinach. The spinach on the left has stayed fresh in the box for weeks. I’m wondering if it had Apeel sprayed on it. Apeel keeps food fresh but contains heavy metals. I’m thankful for my side backyard garden! So fresh plus I have more control over what I’m eating. Also glad that our local Natural Grocers has pledged to only have Apeel free produce.

Made this sourdough bread yesterday. Soaking and fermenting your grains removes most of the gluten and releases the nutrients so they are more easily absorbed by our digestive system. Freshly grinding your grains before baking increases vitamin content. So delicious and nutritious!
