Your body isn’t broken. It’s just missing the tools.

You’re eating clean. Spending money on quality proteins. Doing everything right. But you still feel bloated after meals, crash by mid-afternoon, and look pregnant by dinner. You assume something’s deeply wrong with your gut or hormones.

The real issue is simpler. Your digestive system doesn’t have the enzymatic capacity to break down what you’re eating. Premium food means nothing if your body can’t process it.

Bromelain is an enzyme from pineapple stems that breaks down proteins into absorbable amino acids. Most people notice within days that meals digest smoothly, the afternoon crash disappears, bloating drops significantly, and workout recovery improves because muscles finally get what they need.

One of my clients came to me with bacterial overgrowth and a parasite.

Most people don’t get nearly enough protein in the morning and it shows up as fatigue, brain fog, and mid-morning cravings.

Here’s how I fix that:

📌Leftover roasted broccoli
📌Half a baked sweet potato
📌4 eggs

The eggs give me about 28g of protein, the broccoli adds fiber + detox-loving nutrients, and the sweet potato gives me gentle carbs that keep my energy steady all morning.

The combo of protein + fiber + complex carbs = focus, satiety, and calm energy (no crashes 🙌🏽).

Tip: Batch bake sweet potatoes on the weekend so you can just reheat and go during the week.

What my client learned today:

“I always believed that feeling good meant I was healthy.”

She’s one of those people everyone envies. Boundless energy, sharp focus and never gets sick.

But today she discovered something that completely shifted her perspective:

You can feel amazing and still have silent imbalances brewing beneath the surface.

Your body is incredible at compensation. It can manage stress, mineral depletion, inflammation, and gut imbalances without obvious symptoms. Especially when you’ve been taking care of yourself for years.

Imagine getting your lab results back. Everything is “normal.” Your doctor says you’re fine. Yet, you still wake up tired, struggle to focus, or notice your hair shedding more than usual.

This happens because lab reference ranges are designed to show what’s average — not what’s optimal for feeling your best.

Some examples that hide behind “normal”:
✅Vitamin D 32 ng/mL → enough to prevent deficiency, but not enough to boost energy or immunity
✅Ferritin in the 20s → technically normal, but can still leave you tired, foggy, or with thinning hair
