cueing lunges in a different way hoping it brings more clarity the next time you’re in the gym!
every time i correct lunges I immediately hear “oh, that’s a lot harder”
lol yeah, that’s the point. you want to adjust the body so you’re creating that resistance…not avoiding it!
know your limit, work within your range, and start slow!
