So.. what is kinetic chain release and how can it help you?

Kinetic Chain Release is a simple yet extremely effective protocol of medically recognised mobilisations and stretches, developed by Scottish Physiotherapist Hugh Gilbert, that quickly and easily shortens injury & recovery time and re-aligns bodies.

KCR can reduce Chronic pain and ease symptoms of many conditions including;

* after first trimester in pregnancy

* if you are post-surgery and still under surgeon/consultant care (their clearance is needed before treatment)
