- Wash hands frequently with soap and water.

A very quick way to see if you are at risk of NCDs is to audit yourself for NCD risk factors.

Do you smoke? Do you consume too much alcohol? How many minutes of physical activity do you do each week? What is your BMI? What is your blood pressure?

Use this simple chart to audit yourself each week, and if your numbers are not within WHO's recommended limits, visit a physician to get a medical assessment of your NCD risk.
