Thank you B ❤️
Some of you may already know this if you have been to an event recently and listened to my raw shares, but if not, I wanted to share something personal with you because I think life is full of ups and downs and we should honour them all!
The past few weeks have been quite challenging for me after losing a dear friend to su***de. Grief is a heavy weight to carry, and it has reminded me how important it is to slow down and give ourselves the time and space to simply be with what we are feeling.
As many of you know, I have my own practices that support my calm and wellbeing — yoga, Reiki, and the daily rituals that help keep me grounded. But right now, I feel like I need a little extra support and stillness.
Because of this, I’m really grateful that Peace Heal Love Wellbeing Centre is hosting a beautiful Day of Silence next week led by Aishling. This is entirely Aishling’s event — I’m not facilitating or leading anything on the day — but we are truly proud to host her at the centre. Aishling is very much part of our Tribe, and we fully support the beautiful work she brings into the world.
I’ll simply be there as a participant, joining in the silence and allowing myself the space to rest, reset, and gently calm my nervous system.
The gardens at the centre are bursting with new life, and the comfy chairs await you under the trees, listening to the birdsong — the perfect setting to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.
This time next week, you too could be feeling less stressed.
Your nervous system could be calm and reset.
You might even experience the best sleep you’ve had in a long time.
Stepping into silence offers something most of us rarely experience in everyday life.
Being in silence:
• Creates space for mental clarity and reflection
• Encourages deeper relaxation than most people experience in daily life
• Supports emotional balance and a sense of inner calm
• Provides quiet time in nature, which naturally helps regulate the nervous system
Even a few hours of silence can have a powerful effect, helping people feel more grounded, rested, and clear-minded.
The day begins with a guided relaxation and group field coherence immersion, gently supporting nervous system regulation and easing participants into silence. This allows everyone to enter the remainder of the day feeling grounded, settled, and supported.
From there, the retreat unfolds in shared silence and includes:
• A mindful, nourishing vegan lunch provided by The Blonde Beet (who also cater our Wild Woman retreat — their food is always incredible)
• A meditative walk in nature
• Optional journalling and quiet reflection
This retreat offers a calm, structured space for those seeking stillness, nervous system regulation, and time away from the noise and constant stimulation of daily life.
Sometimes we just need to step away from everything for a while. To be quiet. To breathe. To allow the nervous system to soften and the mind to rest.
Time: 9:30am – 4:00pm
Investment: £90 (includes lunch)
If you feel the call for a little stillness and calm right now, you would be very welcome to join us.
