I want to share some of my inspiration for "Honest" today...
Francesca Battistelli's song "If We're Honest" is a song that resonates with me because it's all about being honest and real with yourself and before others. When I was trying to decide what to call my company, I wracked my brain until I heard this song, and I realized "this is it!"
It's been an amazing experience for me getting to know hundreds of clients over the last 7 years since I became a registered dietitian in private practice. Many have entrusted me in confidence to see them beneath the surface (as we talk about things like food choices and their eating behaviors), and I believe it's because I see them and love them for who they are and connect with them on a real level without judgement.
If there is chaos in your life that you seek to be put into order, I encourage you to seek wise counsel, to go beyond the surface in your conversations, and bring to light things in your life that are causing you turmoil, to help you find peace.
