Jenna Dalton Fitness Hey I'm Jenna Dalton, a certified postpartum fitness coach & psychologist-in-training. I help moms who feel like exercise is a huge part of their identity.

I help moms get back into the workouts they love while focusing on their mental health. They loved to workout pre-baby and they crave that “exercise high”. Fitness is like mental health therapy for them. They need it to get clarity, stay relatively calm and sane amongst the overwhelm of motherhood, and use it as an outlet for stress. Since giving birth they feel like they’ve lost that part of themselves. They felt relatively strong and fit pre-baby but now they don’t recognize themselves. Their body feels weak and foreign to them. They want to feel strong, have more energy, and feel more like themselves again. They want to be able to do the workouts they loved to do before they got pregnant without worrying if it’s “safe” for their body. They’re so, so sick of being worried about what’s a “safe” or “unsafe” exercise. They just want to dive in and do things without worrying. And they’re scared to make any issues they may have worse (like diastasis, prolapse, or leaking). They want the freedom to live the active life they used to live. They want to be a healthy, happy, fit mom - for themselves and for their kids. They want the strength to keep up with their kids now and forever. They know that if they can just get back into the workouts they want to do and gain some strength back, they’ll feel so much better, so much happier, and things will just be easier.
