Welcome to HEALTHY LIVING THE TOREZ WAY - The best way to lose weight! Losing weight without starvation, taking pills / supplements or sleeping in the gym. In 2016, I was tired of being overweight and on medication for high blood pressure due to the excess weight. I could hardly find clothes that were my size which was really frustrating. I didn't like going out or taking pictures for that matter. So, I decided to embark on a journey that would change my life. Through maintaining a healthy lifestyle incorporated with exercise, I lost 60lbs (27kg) in a space of nine months. I went from a UK size 22 to a UK size 12. I am no longer on medication for high blood pressure. I can confidently walk into any shop and know that i will find my size. I love taking pictures. My husband thinks i've become quite vain lol. I can run around and play with my children and not be out of breath within a short time. Not satisfied with just losing the weight, I decided to also embark on an educational journey. I have since obtained Advanced Diplomas in Principles of Nutrition, Weight Loss and Sports Nutrition. I support individuals who like me have struggled with their weight, lose it without going through FAD diets or spending money on a gym membership. My programs are fun and easy to follow.
