Five Spirit Wellness will offer a partial sponsorship for 1 spot for a Health & Wellness Practitioner - offering them a Queen Single Room at a Shared Price for this upcoming retreat in the forest.

As a former Registered Nurse & now a Dr.of Acupuncture, Kim Dick has been working in the healthcare industry for 18 years. She has a deep understanding of the caregiver role - and knows that there are so many dedicated caregivers out there tirelessly working to hold space for others. This can be for caregivers working in Western Healthcare or caregivers holding space in the Holistic Health world. I’m thinking Nurses, Care Aids, Social Workers, Registered Acupuncturists, RMTs -  and anyone else who provides 1-on-1 care for clients in a health & wellness practice.

🙌 A quick video featuring the main staples of Tuning Forks in my arsenal. This is where we start our journey together - using the Earth Archetype frequencies to attune us back to Gaia & our human selves. We have the Yin archetypes of the Moons & the Yang archetypes of the Sun to utilize for specific conditions. We also have a plethora of Tibetan Bowls & Gongs to support deep tonal waves of frequency to reset the Nervous System & provide a gorgeous soundscape for healing. This is just the beginning of the journey - there is the entire Planetary set & 4 different octaves of each set to further layer the sound & choose the wavelength of the frequency needed. The tuning forks can also be layered with Intervallic Personalities that provide another layer of complexity to the treatment room. The work is fundamentally intuitive but also has a deep connection to the scientific & mathematical equations of Vibrational Medicine.

🦉 For my new followers & those who have been following my journey - so glad to have you here 🤩 As many of you know I have been expanding my work in Sound & Vibrational Healing for the last few years 🧘‍♀️ This isn’t a casual study - I had been immersed & have completed the Acutonics program within 2 years ✨The Sound equipment in my care is vast & extensive - offering a different experience each time for my clients 🌀 My love of this medicine is primordial & ancient - unexplainable at times how I ended up in this beautiful life to offer these sacred containers 🌟 Perhaps it was just destiny that brought me here 🥀 See below for my history with Music & Sound 👇 AND Thanks for being here!

✨Kim has been deeply partnered with Sound since childhood - learning the piano & studying History & Harmony of music. After she started in the Chinese Medicine program - she discovered the modality of Acutonics® which uses the bodies meridian system or map & adds layers with sound & vibrational medicine. This clicked immediately for her & she has been journeying with Sound Healing & Ancient Chinese Medicine sine 2022 - offering sound journeys both in group & private sessions. Her private sessions feature the Ancient Medicine Of Acupuncture incorporating tuning forks, chimes, gongs, Tibetan bowls & Crystal Tones Alchemy bowls to shift the field. Her work in group features her vast collection of Artisanal Gongs & multiple sets of Orchestral Alchemy bowls that transport the attendees both outwardly & inwardly into their innate wisdom & healing journey. Branching into work out in the wild, beautiful provinces she lives in Canada - Kim is now offering daylong & multi-day retreats that are deeply held sacred containers of Frequency & Sound. Join us in the late afternoon of the longest day of the year as we gather on the land in celebration of light and love — the light that sustains all life, and the love that connects us to one another and to the living world.

The forest and shores along the Elbow River are our practice space for this nature-based retreat — offering a deeply nourishing experience for body, mind, and heart. Through meditation practices that invite deeper presence, we are invited to soften, settle, and reconnect with the living world around us.

You may choose to sit in the lap of a Mother Tree, rest upon a mossy bed, allow the gentle current of the river to flow through you, or lay back in your hammock, suspended between two trees — held within nature’s sound bath, gently accented by Acutonics chimes.
Together, we will create an earth altar in honour of the light and love that nourish and sustain us, then gather in loving witness to the sun setting behind the Rocky Mountains — immersed in the evening chorus of forest and river as they call us into stillness.

In a world that asks so much of our nervous systems, this is an invitation to pause, to be held by land and community, and to remember our place within the great family of Earth.
