Tip of the Day: If you're doing strength training in the gym without flexibility work you're doing it wrong If you're doing cardio all day long without strength work you're doing it work If you do yoga but not enough strength guess what you're doing it wrong πŸ‘Ž People love to label themselves They like to put themselves into a category and tell everyone how great their new lifestyle change is You see it a the time with Vegans, Crossfitters, Yogies, Power lifters and the little cardio bunnies they all like to brag We shut the f**k up because you're doing it wrong Once you label you're you limit yourself to that training style or lifestyle habit when you should be able to do them all You should be flexible You should be strong You should have stamina endurance and balance You should be able to eat foods that agree with your gut making your body and mind work to its full capacity Making you the best you can be every single day πŸ‘ŒπŸ‘

When you dont do any shoulder drive adding stability through the arms and shoulder you see it transitions into a unstable core and hips You can never substitute trying to engage the core more when your roots of the tree aren't driving into the ground We are a chain with many links and if one is weak it effects the rest Always start from the ground up πŸ‘πŸ’ͺ

You would be really surprised what foods you're eating everyday, from Smoked Fish to Fake Berries, Burgers, Glue Meat and Cream manufacturers will whatever they want to save money and have less waste... We need to move back to natural foods start cooking and baking again and see how good you feel when your body doesn't have to be fully stressed out breaking down all them unwanted chemicals you've been eating through food...
Go check your butter in the fridge look at the back where is says ingredients and name the first three if it's a check butter you won't find any dairy in it just oils oils and oh more oils

Tip of the Day: Imagine you didn't get sugar cravings Imagine you didn't have a midday slump Imagine you had great skin hair & nails Imagine being full of energy throughout the day Imagine you had no mood swings Imagine you didn't have pains in your knees back or shoulders Imagine you didn't get headaches Imagine you didnt get injuries Imagine you feeling confident in your body Imagine you were strong Imagine you loved yourself for what you achieved

Well all of this is easily achieved with six months of good training and nutrition

But how can anyone imagine something when they've never felt it in their lives It makes it so hard to believe that you never try
Why do you see everyone talk about how great they feel after 3 months of deciding to turn healthy it's because this is what you're meant to feel.. Good in one's self

We are stuck in this zombie mood addicted to sugar and sodium
Just make the first step and everything else falls into place
