I believe support related to our social and mental well-being should be EASY to access and should not cost 'an arm and a leg'. Some counseling rates can be so high, people feel like they'll never get the help they have a right to receive. So I am offering an alternative. I have created a service to help you develop the skills you need to cope with various issues many of us face; from stress to depression to anxiety, to self-harm to managing children's behaviour to self-esteem, mood (and more). My rates are only $40 CDN per hour. I am available evenings and weekends, over the phone, via video calling and webcam.
