We can chose joy✨along with strength and resilience to flow though 2024 ✨

We can chose to live in the moment, rather than leaking energy to past concerns or future angst.

So much finger pointing and blame these last few years, whereas our inner peace requires us to have mastery of our thoughts. Our power lays within our frequency which constructs our reality and that of the collective ✨

We have been gifted a couple of weeks extra school holidays and going to make the most of each and every moment together as a family.

I have chosen to not step back into the treatment room for the time being, as I support many with compromised immune systems.

Thank you for your patience and understanding during this interesting time.

What gives you joy?

Our lives are full and the noise of the outside world can be so loud.
I have committed to more self imposed isolation/time out moving forward. What a great lesson we have been gifted to slow down.

Intentions in action ✌🏽

🚶🏻‍♀️ Movement
🥘 Cooking and enjoying wholesome meals and make some extra for those in need
🏡 Family board games that last for hours
🛌 Clean and fresh bedding
📞 Making time to call a friend I haven’t spoken with for a while
🪴 Pottering in the garden
💃🏻Turning up the music and dancing
🛀🏼 Long soaks in the bath
✨ Breath work, meditation
🐈 Listening to my cat purr on my lap
📝 Journaling

When the outside world can feel frustrating, chaotic or overwhelming it is time to schedule even more time to go within.
Turning off the news and having more time away from media. Yes we need to stay aware of what is going on but if we spent more time on ourselves than researching and sharing ‘our truth’ imagine the growth 🌱

In a world where we wear busyness like a badge of honour…
I choose to be a rebel with a cause 🙏🏼
I choose peace ✌🏽
I chose love ✨
and of course I choose JOY! 🤸🏼‍♀️
