Every change starts small — like one spoon less sugar in your morning chai.

Because sometimes, it’s not the big decisions but the small, everyday choices that shape our health. One indulgence, one craving, one missed medicine dose — each can make a difference. But so can one mindful step, one healthy habit, one act of care.

Watch to learn how the Apollo Foundation is helping communities manage diabetes through regular screening, yoga, awareness, and compassionate care.

This , let’s make choices that keep life sweet — not sugar. Because one less spoon today ensures one more life tomorrow.
