This social media campaign celebrated the International Day of Yoga, and aimed to do away with many of the misconceptions that are associated with Yoga. As part of Sync's International Day of Yoga celebrations, a few of the members of this organisation decided to stretch the boundaries of their Yoga Hall. A little information on Sync :
Sync is a student - run organisation aimed at inculcating Yoga into the daily lives of the youth, with special emphasis on physical, mental and emotional well-being. It has established a holistic, inclusive process of involving a wide range of fitness related activities to develop the overall health and wellness of students in Mumbai, India. The idea behind this campaign is to encourage people to realise that Yoga is not just an exercise, it can also be manifested as a calm approach to daily life situations. Hence we urge you to take your mat where you go! To be a part of this challenge:
-Thank the person who nominated you (Go ahead and nominate yourself too)
- Add a quirky caption explaining your choice of location/ image in general
- Tag Mat Goes Where I Go (in the caption)
- Nominate 4-5 other people (minimum) to join this campaign and upload an image of where their mat goes.
