80% of Serotonin is in the gut! I did not know that. Talk about gut health is everywhere!! A new story just released is linking childhood obesity with the use of household cleaning products. Why? They think the link is a TOO CLEAN environment, and a lack of healthy bacteria....IN THE GUT!
