This page is dedicated to expanding the knowledge of stakeholders in education and mental health, around issues of childhood adversity and toxic stress. Increasing evidence supports the implementation of trauma informed care in child serving organizations, including schools, and yet there is a significant discrepancy between brain science and policy. By sharing information this page hopes to increase conversations and provide support in challenging local policies effecting our children's mental health and education.
