As a working mother of two, with a husband who's often out of town, I've learned the hard way that routines and self care are non-negotiable. After baby number two, I was trying to find the light from the bottom of a very dark hole. Months of postpartum issues, communication breakdowns with my partner, lack of energy for my children; I had to find a better way. The path of Ayurveda, and the power of habit evolution, has led me to a new and exciting world where all can be accomplished with ease. Now I'm shattering old patterns and false beliefs about myself, to become the person that my family and I deserve.

You don't need a 15 point to do list. Inside order to feel like things are changing, you just need to change 1 or 2 things (and you can probably do them while watching tv).
Ayurveda helps you figure out what those things need to be, in the chapter of life youre in.

For me? This month its lifting weights to feel strong, and oiling my skin to balance the extra output (yes, I do need to balance the output of 4lb weight lifting lol dont judge)

Lets stop making our goals feel so big and hard. Change happens when we make it doable xo
