Looking back to when I first started my fitness journey, I never thought I’d be where I am today. I’m not just talking about physically. I’ve changed and grown a lot as a person over the past few years. I’ve learned how to be confident in who I am. If you’re ever feeling like you want to give up, just take a moment right now to reflect on how far you’ve come. It can help give you the push you need and the motivation that will help you reach your goals.
