If diabetes has been feeling scary, confusing, or heavier than you expected… take a breath. You should read this ⤵️

The symptoms you’ve been experiencing have a reason.
Blood sugar spikes, crashes, intense cravings, brain fog, constant hunger…
These happen when your cells aren’t responding to insulin the way they should.
So instead of pulling sugar into your cells for energy, your body keeps more of it in your bloodstream — leading to the highs, lows, and everything in between.

None of this means you’ve failed.
It means your body is asking for support in very specific ways.

And the good news is blood sugar responds really well to small, consistent changes like:
✔ balanced meals with protein, fiber, and carbs
✔ movement that helps your muscles use glucose
✔ better stress management (yes, cortisol affects blood sugar!)
✔ sleep that supports insulin sensitivity

This is why understanding your symptoms matters — they help us figure out what your body needs so you can feel grounded, steady, and back in control.

Ready to learn what your body is actually asking for? Comment READY, and I'll reach out.

Don’t forget to send this to a friend who’s been scared of their diagnosis.

My friends dad grows pawpaws!!! They are a native North American fruit! They grow well in pretty much the whole east half of the US, when I own a house I plan to grow a pawpaw tree! This was my first time trying them and they taste is so good 😋 It’s between a mango and banana and the texture is like custard or pudding! 100/10 everyone should try it!!!

What’s your favorite fruit??

Kiwis and clementines are very high vitamin C sources to support your immune system, bananas and apples are great carb and fiber sources to keep blood sugar steady, and cherries provide antioxidants which protect cells from damage!

Snack time! These are some of my favorite high protein snacks, puff bars have a great marshmallow consistency, chips for a savory crunchy snack, pop tarts and I’m really liking protein oatmeal for breakfast or even a snack lately! These all have 12-20grams of protein per serving. I’m a huge stacker so these help me keep my protein high! Give them a try :)
