This retreat is an invitation to slow down and let your nervous system settle—supported by nature, rhythm, and simplicity.
Each day includes transformative yoga, hikes through lush jungle, time in waterfalls and restorative hot springs, and we will even have an adventurous beach day.
Throughout the week, we focus on helping the body & mind move out of chronic activation and into a state of safety and rest. This happens not through effort or analysis, but through rhythm, repetition, and nature-based sensory regulation.
Rather than pushing for transformation, this retreat emphasizes receiving: steady sensory nourishment, reduced decision-making, and a slower pace that allows the nervous system to reorganize itself and heal.
You’ll leave with a calmer baseline, practical tools for sensory regulation, and a clearer understanding of how to support your nervous system in daily life—long after you return home.
