Our poor baby Adam, Lola has had a week and a half of Hell bless her, half the week on antibiotics and then surgery yesterday for pyometra, safe to say she is now on the mend with plenty of TLC and rest. We always thought we were saving her the trouble of surgery and Bo was spayed as it is easier for males to heal, but now we know different.

For female dog owners, pyometra is a serious life-threatening illness which requires an emergency spade to get rid of. Lola is almost 11 years old but with the advice from her vet and the vet saying she is far too healthy to not consider surgery.
The only way to prevent pyometra is to spade your girls, we almost lost our baby from this and would hate for others to lose theirs over something that can be easily prevented.
Rest up baby girl mummy and daddy will look after you now ###x

Epilepsy can kiss my a**!

My sleep routine has been all over the place lately and with the decrease in sleep and last night, No sleep all night has triggered a seizure, this time I wasn't lucky enough to get myself safe before it started and ended up face hugging the floor 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️. Just a small superficial wound on my forehead and quite a big bruise forming under and around my eye. At least it will heal 😊 today I am definitely listening to my body and resting. 🥰
