Inviting you for our workshop: Exploring Your Inner Scape

Embark on a creative exploration of your inner world, through an immersive expressive art experience.

Facilitated by Bhaktiveda, Founder of Praanah, a certified Expressive Art Therapist, Sound Healing and Breathwork Facilitator.

In this workshop, you will engage in simple artistic modalities to listen to your inner voice and spontaneously express what's emerging.

All are welcome, regardless of artistic skill or experience.
