If you’ve been improving your eating habits and your making smarter choices but still not losing, it’s because you don’t have a calorie deficit.

Weight loss occurs by eating fewer calories than your body requires. Your body then uses your fat stores to operate properly.

Most likely it is not your hormones or metabolism but a misunderstanding of how the body uses body fat.

Fun fact 😝 although we look at body fat as a curse, it is the very thing that kept us alive for thousands of years..through sickness..through famine. It’s only lately that we have too much food available and it’s very easy to overeat!!

All of my smoothies start with the same base:•6-8oz of water•ice•vanilla protein powder•1/2 bananaYou can change up what else you add to it… This one had 3/4 cup frozen cherries 🍒 Phenomenal source of antioxidants (anthocyanins)+proven for recovery🍌 when your bananas start turning brown put them in the freezer for your smoothiesGo birds!! 🦅

Don’t get yourself trapped in the research phase… Yes, it’s good to reflect. Yes it’s good to think about your goals and why they are important. But when you hang out there too long, you forget that action is required to get the job done in the first place Action gets more done than thinking.
