It's and while it's not a heart-warming topic to always talk about... that's exactly what we need to do to spread awareness and unite with other women .

At Famlee Health, we believe every woman has the right to take control of her fertility and make informed decisions about her reproductive health. This week, we're encouraging all women to find your voice, share your own journey about infertility, and help make this experience feel a little less lonely in the process.

After all, infertility is a common issue affecting MILLIONS of women worldwide... but the stigma surrounding it can make it difficult for women to speak out and seek support.

While Shelley may have founded Famlee in the beginning following her own , her two beautiful girls that came from that experience are her reason to keep fighting for more access and better day in and day out.

With yesterday and throughout all of we celebrate all of the impactful founders, advocates, and doctors fighting for—and providing—better women's health and reproductive care.

And we honor the women who are or have endured the pain of infertility and loss. It's hard to feel empowered on that journey, and that's something we intimately understand and recognize.

Know this ----->> You are strong. And even when you're not (or not feeling like it), there is an entire global community of women supporting you.

May we know them, may we be them, may we raise them ❤️

Did you know that today is in the US?

The goal of is to bring attention to and opening up about our struggles without the fear or stigmas so often attached.

And while many people are finally beginning to open up about mental health, we so often forget that women and men struggling with suffer in silence also.

Let's be honest ---> pregnancy is hard all on its own—struggling to conceive is downright heartbreaking. Add in any complications, miscarriages, and the financial toll of TTC, it can quickly becoming overwhelming to say the least.

Today on Time to Talk Day, we want to encourage anyone struggling with mental health FOR ANY REASON to reach out to a loved one or professional. Know someone going through a rough time? A quick check in can mean more than you know.

“I started with Famlee Fertility when I was at my lowest and unsure of when/if I'd ever get pregnant.

To round out August, we are so proud to bring attention to Hormone Health Awareness Month with this fantastic interview between our Founder Shelley J. Bailey and Veracity Selfcare.

Discussing her own journey of starting her family—and what eventually sparked her the passionate drive to found Famlee—Shelley discusses the she discovered standing in her way of pregnancy:

"I found out that my testosterone, estrogen, progesterone, vitamin D, and thyroid hormones were all very low. I took a break from trying to conceive for 90 days to try to balance my own hormones, which I did using affordable, generic medications and lifestyle changes. After that three-month break, I conceived the first month we started trying again. I now have a toddler and a five-month-old!"
