With gas prices hovering around $5 a gallon this summer, I decided to park my car and go on Bike Strike! This here is a testament to finding exercise that inspires and motivates.
I’m not much for walking or riding with no destination, so I found my bike taking me from Dunedin all the way to Clearwater Beach, Wall Springs Park, in other words…FAR, all.summer.long.
Roller skating on quads is my other active passion, both activities are a full body workout fo sho. I’ve been fat, I’ve been skinny, I’ve been exhausted. I focused on bringing down my toxic load (and continuing to focus there for the last 20 years).
Inflammation is the root of all disease. Let’s drop that flame low, yo.
