What a beautiful “sweata wheatha” practice in the park this morning 💚
It was so lovely as the “teacher” to see every human take savasana their way (see photo⤵️)
We also had a surprise during savasana- the guitar solo rendition of “Star Spangled Banner”… always emotional for me❤️🤍💙
Thank you to whoever played it loud and proud!🇺🇸

I do several of these practices regularly and yes they work. You know what really cracks the can open? TRE! It immediately calms the vagus nerve. Regular TRE… lets you process the stuff you’ve been holding onto. And that stuff, it’s causing body pain, gut disfunction and irregular sleep. Stop holding on to the stuff! Start LIVING! 🙌🏻
