It’s that time of year again!! I have a Senior wish donation box here at the office for those who want to start off the giving season🎄🎅 🥰

Hi everyone!

Tis the season!! I am Collecting toy donations at my office from now until December 3rd for the Barrie toy tea donation event! (covid friendly of course)

It is a drive by event to support local charities, location has yet to be announced but I will keep you updated :)

So if you're coming in for a treatment and want to donate I would be happy to bring all the toys with me to the event! Or message me for a time to drop off :)

Things will be different! All clients must wear a mask from the time the enter the building until the time they leave (me too) along with some other small changes as well but I am able to treat again!!

For all my parents with little ones! There’s lots of free yoga for kids on YouTube! Try them out!! This one is https://youtu.be/rnlDBKD2S78 because my nieces love Dino’s! But there are Disney ones as well 🙂

HIP OPENER CHALLENGE!!

For my clients who have tight hips (all of you) 😂 I was challenged by to this challenge and it was harder than I thought! All you need is a shoe or in my case a slipper💁🏼‍♀️
Try it out and see if you can do it! If you catch it on video tag me in it so I can see you guys are moving and we’ll ☺️☺️☺️
