I've been away from social media for a long time now. The longer I was away, the harder it felt to come back.

So I just wanted to say that although I've not been posting I am still working.

I run sessions in nurseries and have some availability to take on more, so if you work/own a nursery or primary school and are interested in fun engaging movement classes using yoga poses and imagination for children get in touch to discuss further.

I also am still massaging so if you want to book in for massage get in touch to talk availability.

I found this little Cutie yesterday, out in the day and in winter. A red flag for these creature's so I gave it a little food and rang a rescue centre who asked me to scoop him up and take him to a vets in Beeston. So I did.

This morning I had a message from them to say the little fella had lungworm burden and was now on a course of medication. We all have our 🤞🏻 here that it has been caught early enough and that we can pick him up soon to live happily in our garden.

I called https://www.hedgepigs.org/ if you see a little hedgehog out during the day anytime of the year please help them out and call a rescue centre. This little man was walking around and eating so looked OK but clearly wasn't.

Pregnancy massage is one of my most popular massages. In the 10 years I have been massaging mums to be, I have made 100's of prenatal clients feel so much better in their bodies. Pregnancy is a beautiful and wonderful gift. However, it does put immense pressure on our bodies. Massage helps to relieve that pressure through gentle touch and allowing the body and mind to come into a calm state. Each and every client has left feeling the hug massage gives.

Yoga for children, I love teaching children's yoga. In an ever increasingly busy and competitive world teaching children yoga allows them to learn a non-competitive practice that builds strength, brings calm, and can be a lot of fun.

I teach children from 0 to 12 years. I use lots of different themes and songs, but all children will do real yoga poses.
