Hey Hey!

I am moving over to The Gram for ALL my social media.

Back story: When I started MavenHeart (my 2nd business which is the offshoot after losing weight...it's the next step in what you want to do in your life) I replaced my IG MavenHeart over my former weight loss IG account. I thought I was going to let go of the weight loss coaching...but I realized I couldn't because there are too many women out there that need my help! So I created a brand new weight loss IG account.

Currently, I am focusing on my https://www.instagram.com/weightlossforwomenover40/

IG account and will ONLY be posting social media over there.

Just double check that you are following this account because I have so many fun things that are going to be happening over there!!

One thing I am starting is I will be going LIVE! 🤩

You can join in on the conversation and ask questions, etc!
