Pizza Bowls. I purchased the 7 inch round tins from Amazon. Layer mozzarella and provolone slices of cheese on the bottom. Cover the whole area of the bottom of the tin. Then add pizza sauce, thin sliced red onions, more cheese, and pepperoni. 400° for about 12 to 14 minutes. Then blast for one minute under the broiler to make the cheese perfect.
