Kate Williams Stone (she/her) is a non diet health and life coach who specializes in helping women in perimenopause build confidence around their relationship with food and body so that they can feel amazing without the diet culture BS. She uses the principles of Intuitive Eating coupled with hormone honoring health habits as a powerful way to support women through the challenges of perimenopause. Kate has non diet professional coaching certifications in intuitive eating, body image, weight neutral health coaching (HAES) from the non diet certification program with Stephanie Dodier (Going Beyond the Food Method™). In addition, she is also certified in Cognitive Behavioral Coaching (CBC) with a trauma informed and feminist perspective. Kate is a certified health and life coach from Health Coach Institute, along with additional Intuitive Eating training with Evelyn Tribole (co-creator of Intuitive Eating). Hi, I’m Kate!

I help people transform their mind and body health so they feel strong and confident. Using my 1:1 coaching and my powerful 30 days to Healthy Living program, I teach a whole mind-body philosophy and believe that our wellness goals are best achieved without deprivation, over-exercising and dieting.

I am an energetic, passionate coach and speaker who is on a mission to empower women in these key areas of nutrition, exercise, and self care so that they can make their unique impact in the world.

My background and journey

As a professional actress and model for over 10 years, the focus was constantly on my body size and weight. I struggled with binging, starving, restricting, constant dieting and over-exercising during my 20’s. On my personal journey, I have found freedom from food and body obsession through nutrition education and mindset work.
