✨What an absolute pleasure it has been to host 3 sound baths this weekend at the Mind Body Spirit Festival ✨

💫So many beautiful souls came to join me in the Alchemy of Sound yurt all with open hearts and open minds to the healing power of Sound. And it was so lovely to see some most welcome familiar faces as well💫

✨My heart is feeling full to the brim and I will certainly be carrying this gorgeous energy into the week ahead✨

✨Such a gorgeous first day of hosting healing sounds at the Mind Body Spirit Festival! Such a gorgeous group of souls to share sounds with…and I think the vocal overtoning surprised a few people in the best possible way 😊 Looking forward to hosting another 2 Sound Baths tomorrow and hopefully I may see some of you there 💜🎵✨

✨Mmmm, such a deep but soft Sound Bath tonight at Revive Yoga and Wellbeing Studio! Like being in the depth of a gentle ocean, just floating peacefully whilst staring at the moon. Soo beautiful! ☺️💜✨

Becky of Grounded. Peace is a qualified Sound Healer/Practitioner and has been a highly qualified and accomplished musician for over 20 years.

Combining her natural love for the power of sound, music and healing work she creates intuitive and powerful soundscapes to aid the body’s energy to unblock and rebalance through the vibrations created by beautiful healing instruments such as Tibetan and Crystal Bowls, Shamanic style Drumming, Gong, Ocean Drum, Native American Flute, Sansula and what has also been described as her ‘haunting, ’ancestral’, ‘otherworldly’, ‘unique’ and ‘moving’ voice.

Grounded. Peace hosts many regular Sound Baths and Hammock Sound Baths all over the West Midlands at many different venues and yoga studios and has also held events at festivals such as the Burning Woman Festival and the Birmingham & Wolverhampton Yogific Vegan Festivals.
