Herbs de Provence is a French spice blend that pairs well with just about anything. It typically includes thyme, fennel, rosemary, basil, tarragon, bay leaf, and lavender.
You can make your own at home using the recipe below.
1 tablespoon dried fennel
1 tablespoon dried rosemary
1 tablespoon dried thyme
1 tablespoon dried basil
1 tablespoon dried tarragon
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon dried lavender
Combine ingredients and store them in an airtight container.
