So yeah, here’s my schedule ‘n stuff. Weekly yoga classes are all by-donation. Monthly Breathwork Offerings are $30 per person and usually on the 1st & 3rd Saturdays of each month. Next one is May 18th at 7pm! Mosaic Yoga and The Local Co-Op are the same location, right in the heart of Sugarhouse. 1991 S 1100 E. Well, since it’s Valentine’s month AND our anniversary month, I decided to do a carousel dedicated to my lover boi. I guess on 2/25/24 we will have been married for 13 whole years!! We both thought our anniversary was on 2/12 for some reason tho so we already celebrated this year. Ha. But who are we kidding - we always be celebrating!🥳 🥳🥳 you are my person and I love doing life alongside you.💓😘

This past month, I was fortunate to ATTEND a retreat myself, with my husband, in Big Sur, CA at the iconic Esalen Institute. It was everything I hoped it would be, and more!
