We help active women (& men) 40+ identify and implement simple, effective success habits to get and stay strong so that they build the confidence to live their best life. I don't teach you how to use a particular machine or move, or tell you you must eat this or that. I teach you how to exercise properly to achieve goals, prevent injuries, as well as rehabilitate injuries. I also teach you how to fuel your body so that you enjoy your meals and have the energy you desire and deserve. I take my role as a transformation expert very seriously and am willing to work just as hard as you do throughout our sessions. Together we can achieve great things!
