I’m not super active on social media but always here for help still!

Are you busy as hell too and don’t always have time for 60 minute workout or looking to add an additional challenge to your workouts now?

I made a new 4 week program and the fun part about it is it’s just two exercises a day!

This can be the only workout you do for the day or it can be a fun additional challenge for your already planned workout to dig a little deeper into certain muscle groups. Your choice! Consistently doing this will make you stronger for sure!

Day 1- glute focus
Elevated front lunge-12-15 reps
Split Deadlift- 12-15 reps
4-6 sets

September is almost here!

Parents especially will be trying to find a schedule again as kids go back to school but even so, everyone’s summer is coming to an end and vacations over, prepping for fall and winter, maybe you feel ready to jump back into regular exercise…

Maybe it’s been on your mind “ I wish I could get my nutrition on track in an easier and sustainable way, your tired of all the “diets” out there that are confusing a lot of work and you don’t get to enjoy foods you like due to restrictions… and maybe you don’t get results you want…

What if you could build your own step by step program along side me to create a manual of healthy habits that are what will have you living you best healthy life.

It’s all laid out for you week by week with all the information you need to start and grow and maintain!
It’s a life changing program to see food differently, see yourself differently, and get real results.

It’s up to you to put a little work in each day!

And you don’t even have to start a workout program until the last 4 weeks! Your focus is on other daily habits and movement outside of exercise :)

Perfection is not at all asked for, consistently is encouraged :)

Whoops! By happy Monday I mean happy Tuesday! Summer life with kids at home makes the mom brain mush!

But what helps with that is proper sleep too!

Ever notice scale increases or clothes not fitting well after a few days of sh*tty sleep? It’s not fat pounds building after a few days it’s inflammation and water so stress less and take better care.

If you need some tips to improve your sleep 👇🏻

* clean bedding and organized clean bedroom
* stop screen time 1 hour before bed
* warm or hot shower before bed to relax the body
* exercise daily
* go to bed early enough!
* sometimes stopping drinking water an hour or two before bed can help avoid middle of the night bathroom breaks
