This weekend required a ‘pivot’ from me to change my timelines, change my plans and go with the flow. For the first time Class 3 this week took place not at a clients home but in the hospital🏥. Before I left home my husband asked if I was ok, I looked a bit nervous. Tbh I was a little thrown by a new environment. I get to know clients and their partners, I’ve seen their home, by class 3 I’m fairly relaxed and confident. But delivering the course, pardon the pun, in a hospital, in a public area when I knew it was a physical class with position demos 🧘🏼………I was trepidatious. Once the there, the clients were the same people from the previous 2 lessons, I knew my content so it was just the environment that was different. And yes I did do some of the position demos
Having to pivot is something to be expected during pregnancy and birth. It’s having the confidence to navigate the changes that is important. To understand the situation and what your options are and be able to bring yourself back to a state of calm. If you are interested in learning about the myriad ways birth can unfold, about what your body can do and breath work & meditations to find your calm, then drop me a message.
Fully booked for this year but if you’re birthing mid Feb or beyond, I’ve got some space :-)
