Absolutely true! And sometimes the process is painful and difficult. As you peel away the layers built up over your life, as you go through realizations, you may experience sadness, loss, and pain. But the result is worth it. Hand in there. You are stronger than you realize. 💜

In the last few days, clients have talked to me about being touched by spirit/energy, seeing and hearing spirit, sleeplessness, and feeling heavy energy.

I believe there are two reasons for this.

First, the veil between between what we see and what is unseen is thinnest at this time of year. That opens us up to seeing and hearing what we may normally not be aware of. The caution is that there is balance in all things so you may hear from either light or dark spirits and energies.

Second, we are coming to the end of a 9 year. Nine is the end of a cycle. As we prepare for a fresh cycle in 2026, those who have thrived in this last chaotic chapter are fighting to keep hold. Light workers especially have had difficulty sleeping and are feeling drained. This is a time for self care - eat healthy, sleep when you need, get outside in nature, meditate and call back your energy and strength.

And I have available sessions for energy healing if you need extra help. 💜
