Life lately:

Shedding the past, welcoming in who I have always been and who I am becoming.

Life is unfolding in truly miraculous ways.

I have a tribe of sisters around me, my life is consumed with music, pleasure, and play. I am more grounded than I have ever been, stronger than I have ever been, regulated than I have ever been. I dance everyday. I have a life I am dreaming up and creating. My clients are thriving. I am thriving.

And you know what the secret to all this has been?

Loving myself more than I ever have. Not giving up on myself, my dreams, or what I know to be true in my heart.

You just have to keep going no matter what state you are in or what the world is telling you.

Shut out all the noise, get into nature, get into your body and tune into your body's innate wisdom.

It will always steer you in the right direction.

Yesterday's workshop was so healing.

My friend Katy and I have been hosting these quarterly workshops called "Yin & Pin" where we teach about the nervous system and update it for the new season with a deeply relaxing yin yoga class combined with sound healing and accupuncture.

Yesterday's workshop sold out!

I feel so lucky and grateful to be doing what I am doing.

The world needs healing right now 🌎 ❤️‍🩹 🙏🏼

Lately, I have been praying for world peace. Each nervous system that heals is a step in that direction and I feel so deeply honored and lit up to be doing this work.

Let's keep healing and growing together.

The world is trying to separate us right now, but we can't allow that to happen. We have to stay united as one.

Sitting here in Holbox, Mexico, I’m in awe of how different my life feels now.

Just a year ago, I was stuck in survival mode—anxious, frozen, overwhelmed by trauma from a toxic relationship. My nervous system was fried. I couldn’t make clear decisions, trust myself, or see a way forward.

Everything changed when I found Radiant Body Yoga, a fusion of vinyasa, hatha, ashtanga, kundalini, mantra, and meditation.

From a neuroscience perspective, this style of yoga supports nervous system healing by:

Activating the parasympathetic system (your calm, rest-and-digest mode)

Stimulating the vagus nerve for more safety and connection

Releasing stuck stress energy through movement, breath, and sound

Teaching a FREE somatic workshop tonight (Wednesday) which includes yoga, meditation, and sound healing.

Somatic work is one of my top passions right now. I am a HUGE proponent of individuals healing their nervous systems. None of us escaped childhood unscathed. As a result, our nervous systems have been wired in such a way that is actually bringing about more suffering through our beliefs, thoughts, words, and actions. A LOT of this is unconscious. ALL of it you are able to heal. The result is a more calm, more regulated, resilient you, who can handle what life throws your way with EASE. Please join me tonight for an informative experience where we will learn about how the trauma responses are experienced in the body, plus move through a intentional and meditative all levels yoga flow with a sound bath, to cleanse your nervous system and help you access inner peace.
